Jordan Collins
Jordan Collins joined the division engineering green end group for Corning Environmental Technologies in the summer of 2019 following college graduation. In her current role, she supports projects across the division. Her projects have mainly focused on capacity improvements in the heavy-duty diesel business, but she has recently taken a new project leadership position working with light-duty substrates.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University. She previously served as Secretary of SWE Twin Tiers for the past 2 terms and is looking forward to bringing back in-person events this year. Jordan is also an active member of other Corning resource groups like Corning Professionals Network (CPN) and is an aspiring ADK 46er.

Alisa Babcock
Alisa Babcock joined Corning as an Applications Engineer, optical fiber in 2017. In October 2019 she took on additional Sales Engineering responsibilities. In this new role she handles two sale accounts, leading forecasting, various reporting, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they are met.
She also maintained her Applications Engineer work for optical fiber preforms. This component of her role includes data analysis, customer specifications, and technical customer communications.
Alisa is a graduate of Ithaca College where she received a degree in Mathematics/Physics as well as a minor in Theater. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, musical theater, hiking, and exploring what the area has to offer.

Hannah Ellis-Gibbs
Hannah started at Corning in Display Technologies in 2021 and has a background in mechanical engineering. She earned her bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University. She works as a design engineer for the forming draw machine where she does equipment design and analysis for manufacture.

Secretary
Kristin Campbell
Kirstin Campbell joined the equipment engineering group at Corning in January 2017. In her role, she has helped to procure and install equipment to support several divisions and factories within Corning Inc., including Harrodsburg, KY, Hefei, China, and currently Big Flats, NY. Kirstin served as the SWE Twin Tiers section representative in 2018 and is currently re-engaging with the Twin Tiers SWE executive board as Secretary.
Kirstin holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. She enjoys volunteering for community outreach programs, especially STEM outreach for local kids and teens. Kirstin enjoys yoga, many outdoor activities such as running, hiking and camping, and captains a team in the Corning Softball Rec League.
